The common areas at The Atrium Condominiums are shared spaces designed to enhance community living. To maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all residents, please adhere to the following guidelines.
General Use & Conduct
- Common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and courtyards, must be kept clean and free from personal belongings.
- Loud noises, disruptive behavior, or loitering in shared spaces is prohibited.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all indoor common areas.
Lobby & Hallways
- Furniture and décor in the lobby and hallways should not be moved or altered.
- Bicycles, scooters, and similar items may not be stored in hallways or other shared spaces.
- Do not leave trash or packages in hallways.
Elevators & Stairwells
- Do not block elevator doors or hold them open for extended periods.
- Use the stairs whenever possible to reduce congestion during peak hours.
- Emergency stairwells should only be used for their intended purpose.
Outdoor & Courtyard Areas
- Outdoor seating and shared spaces are available for resident use but must be kept tidy.
- Do not leave personal items, such as chairs or decorations, in these areas.
- Use of grills or open flames in common outdoor areas is not permitted unless designated by management.
Fitness Room & Other Shared Amenities
- Residents must follow posted rules for all shared amenities.
- Use of amenities is restricted to residents and their accompanied guests.
- Equipment must be used properly and returned to its designated place after use.
Pets in Common Areas
- Pets must be leashed while in common areas.
- Pet waste must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of properly.
- Pets are not allowed on lobby furniture or in restricted areas.
Lost & Found
- Lost items found in common areas should be turned in to property management.
- Residents who have lost an item should check with management to see if it has been recovered.
- Unclaimed items will be held for a limited time before being discarded or donated.
Damage & Maintenance
- Any damage to common areas caused by a resident or guest must be reported to management immediately.
- Residents are responsible for repair costs resulting from misuse or negligence.
- If you notice a maintenance issue, report it to property management promptly.
Security & Access
- Do not prop open entrance doors or allow unauthorized individuals to enter.
- Report suspicious activity to management or local authorities.
- Security cameras monitor common areas for resident safety.
Enforcement & Violations
- Failure to comply with common area guidelines may result in warnings, fines, or other penalties.
- Repeat offenses may lead to restricted access to certain amenities.
- Residents are encouraged to report concerns to management.
