Parking Policy

The Atrium Condominiums provide designated parking spaces for residents and enforce parking policies to ensure fair and efficient use of the available parking areas. Residents and guests are required to follow these guidelines.

Resident Parking

  • Each unit is assigned a designated parking space(s). Residents must use only their assigned space(s).
  • Parking spaces cannot be leased or transferred to non-residents without prior HOA approval.
  • Vehicles must be properly registered and display valid license plates.
  • Residents must keep their parking spaces clean and free from debris.

Guest Parking

  • There are no guest parking spaces – all spaces are assigned to owners and tenants. Guests will need to park on the street or somewhere nearby.

Prolonged Absence & Unused Spaces

  • If a resident plans to be away for an extended period, they must notify management to ensure proper space utilization.
  • Prolonged vacancy of a parking space may result in reassignment if necessary for community needs.

Vehicle Restrictions

  • Oversized vehicles, trailers, boats, and recreational vehicles are not allowed in the parking area.
  • Inoperable or unregistered vehicles may not be stored in parking spaces.
  • Commercial vehicles are not permitted unless approved by management for temporary loading/unloading.

EV Charging

  • The Atrium currently does not have EV charging infrastructure. Updates will be provided as plans develop.
  • Residents must not run extension cords or attempt to charge EVs using common area electrical outlets.

Enforcement & Towing

  • Unauthorized vehicles parked in resident spaces or restricted areas may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
  • Repeated parking violations may result in fines or loss of parking privileges.
  • Any disputes regarding parking must be addressed with property management.

Following these policies ensures that all residents have fair access to parking and that the community remains safe and organized. If you have any questions, please contact property management.
