Ensuring the safety and security of all residents at The Atrium Condominiums is a top priority. Below are the policies and guidelines for building access, guest management, and general security measures.

Building Access Policies

  • All entrance doors, including lobby and garage doors, must remain closed and locked at all times.
  • Residents should not hold doors open for individuals they do not recognize.
  • Access codes and key fobs should never be shared with non-residents.
  • If a key fob or access code is lost or compromised, report it to property management immediately.

Guest & Visitor Guidelines

  • Residents are responsible for their guests and must accompany them in all common areas.
  • Guests should use the call box or intercom system to request access from the resident they are visiting.
  • Short-term rental services such as Airbnb are strictly prohibited.

Delivery & Service Access

  • Delivery personnel should use designated entrances and should not be granted unrestricted access.
  • Large deliveries requiring entry into secured areas must be scheduled in advance with property management.
  • Service providers (plumbers, electricians, cleaners) should be notified to check in with management before accessing the building.

Parking Garage & Vehicle Access

  • Only authorized vehicles may enter the parking garage.
  • Residents must ensure garage doors close fully before driving away.
  • Prolonged vacant parking spaces should be reported to management to prevent unauthorized use.
  • Bicycles should be secured in designated racks and not left in common walkways.
